OK, sometimes it sucks being a trusted employee.
Anyone want to guess what I've been working on all weekend?
I've been busy going through EVERY transaction to find every violation of every policy imaginable...
... person given an unapproved upgrade- check
... person given rate during blackout- check
... person given rewards on ineligible rate- check
... person not being charged late check out- check
... person not having address and phone number on file-check
... reg card not signed-check

that is just the MAJOR things I've been having to check for... and I need to do this for all of January and December... I finished January this weekend and start December next weekend.

What did I do to deserve this assignment

oh, and the truly scary part, one of the employee numbers that keeps coming up for policy violations is a manager

I am so aware of your woe. I have been on my desk about signing slips for months & months. Then I have guests come up to the desk and ask, "Uh...should I have signed anything???" I check the slips, and over half do not have signatures.

Don't even get me started on not getting addresses!!!! It's always the person who felt rushed & can't type past 20/wpm...

Trying to tell them the more they actually type the stuff the better they will get is like pulling my own teeth.
