Wow, compliments for once

I'm quite proud, I've gone for the past week or so without being told that I'm too quiet at work! On top of that I've been pulled aside by several supes and told that I'm doing an awesome job, especially with my dusting off. one of my supes today said that surveillance had called down and said that I was doing an awesome job, and that I didn't make any mistakes. I feel so loved

On another note, I can't seem to get away from work in my dreams even! Except, it wasn't my current job that I was dreaming about, no it was a job I had over 2 years ago at zellers...good god my brain is a weird place.

Good job! Too bad more companies don't realize that something as simple as complimenting their employees can go a long way.

Thanks! I know, I mean it could improve things for a lot of employees if they heard about the good things they've done every so often. It's such a simple thing too.
