You got a key so what are you bitching about?
The one lady had the ONLY key to the paper towel dispenser for the longest time & REFUSED to give it to anybody else to the maintenance dept when she was off or on vacation.
So 2 weeks ago I asked real nice IF I could have it while she was on her vacation. so she let me have it & said for me NOT to lose it. So last thursday, she calls one of the demo ladies to ask me to leave the key on the floor machine for her to get when she came bacjk from vacation. I told demo lady I wasn't going to do that cause if it got lost somehow then it would be MY ass on the line.
So then I went to one of the managers & explained about the key situation. I suggested that copies should be made so that everybody in maintenance could have their own key. She said to give the key to the closing maintenance person & at the end of the night to turn the key in to the manager on duty & it would be taken care of. So that's what I did.
Came in to work earlier this week to find a copy of the key for me! They made copies! Problem solved!
So then the lady who had initially given me the key wanted to talk to me about it. Seems she was pissed. Kept bitching at me & FINALLY I snapped at her & said.."You got your key so what are you bitching about??"
Still don't get what she's so bitchy about.
