Checker Retired
Yesterday, one of the checkers that has been working at the grocery store I work at even before I started working there has retired. She's been working the day shift and I work in the evening so we haven't seen much of each other lately.
Luckily, I got to see her before she left. I found out when she called later that her new granddaughter was recently born.
