    Thank You Larry Flynt

    My first on-call shift at work (it's way easier to be nice to people when you haven't worked for 4 months. I should take a 4-month break between all my shifts). Reminder: I work in a bookstore which also sells DVDs. Conversation of the evening:

    "Ana, I have a customer on the phone who wants this movie called..."Nailin' Palin". Have you heard of it?"

    "...that's a PORNO."

    Upon further investigation, we discovered that it was released by Hustler Video or something, but we can't order it.

    I knew Michael Palin did Monty Python and travel documentaries. I didn't know he did porn too.

            Apparently they're making a sequel, "Obama is Nailin' Palin".

            I have no doubt Obama would cringe at the thought.

              Why does "Nailin' Palin" sound like a lawsuit waiting to happen? Unless it's considered parody...I seem to recall Mr. Flynt's parody of a wine ad led to legal issues with the late Jerry Falwell.

                It's been out for over a year and no one has sued as of yet.

                TMZ has actually hired the "actress" in Nailin to follow Mrs. Palin around on her book tour (dressed up like her) trying to get an interview.

                (She was on a local radio show last month)
