At work I have been keeping an eye on a customer's account to see how it would be resolved. My boss was handling it. Today it finally was resolved and he was being given the go ahead to have his service turned on.

Good thing I checked on it as my boss forgot to change the address from his old one to his new one so we would have gone out and put service in his name at the old address.

I got to be the one to go to my boss and point out the fuck up. She didn't kill me and even thanked me profusely for catching it.
