It may sound weird, but I miss working for Shop at Home, taking inbound sales calls. It was during the height of the Beanie Baby craze, and those customers (granted, a little rabid) were easy to upsell and sooooo excited to order.
Night shifts were fast-paced and gave lots of commisions. Day shifts were really laid-back and had a familyish atmosphere. The small phone bank was directly between the 2 studios, and the live shows were always interesting (from a production point of view).
I had to quit just before they moved the headquarters from Knoxville to Nashville.
That place really spoiled me for all other call center jobs!
