Not an SC - thank you presents aren't (normally*) sucky.
My coworker has just received a present from a greatful customer.
Some bath cream and..... a pack of 4 toilet rolls.
He does work largely with customers who have mental health problems. Plus it's not a gift that's going to go to waste.
*I think I've posted before about the exception. A female coworker was given a personal shaver by a very creepy customer. A gift that fails on almost infinite "I saw this and thought of you" levels. Other than that they are generally appreciated for the thought, even where the item isn't really wanted.
