Just finished a call from someone I'll dub "Emma," who is a manager for a new user to The Client, whom I'll dub "Eugene."
Emma needs to create a Network A account for Eugene so he can take the mandatory online training from The Client. However, the system will not allow Emma to create a request to get an account made for Eugene, because he has not taken the training.
The classic 'catch-22' situation. Eugene needs the training so he can get the account, but before he can take the training, he needs an account to get to it.
I ended up creating a ticket to send up to the account problems folks so they can de-tangle this situation.
