So I did not witness this as I came back from break mere seconds after this guy was at the Front Desk, but I certainly heard about it!
If he hadn't said anything, we probably wouldn't have noticed, at least not for a while. The weather was crap, it was dark, and Sucky Parker strolled straight to the front desk and before Supervisor or CW could even greet him:
Sucky Parker: "I'm not moving my car. I'm not walking through the rain!"
Turns out, he had parked right in front of the entrance to our Spa and was blocking the sign. Um no, you can't park there...but he strolled off to the restaurant. Supervisor was debating calling Security when I got back.
There was no need, though, as Sucky Parker had failed to make reservations at our restaurant, on a Saturday evening during a double-holiday weekend. As Supervisor went to lunch, he overheard Food & Bev Manager talking to Sucky Parker. Apparently Sucky Parker was ranting and raving at F&B Manager, who said "Sir, it's a holiday weekend, we are full, the best I can do is say sorry for the wait."
Sucky Parker saw Supervisor, who smirked at him, and he scowled and stormed out. He then peeled out of our parking lot and sped away into the night.
