This was pretty funny. I got to witness my co worker in action. This woman came up to the cage in a big huff and slapped her check down and told my CW that she needed to cash her check and was a big hurry.
CW: Where is the check from?
SC: *Cue annoyed face* Clearly it's from HERE.
Lady, there are several checks that this place issues, so we have to LOOK at each of them.
CW: Okay, I've just never seen you before and I also need to make sure we take it.
SC: *scoffs and gets rude* Well, i've been here SIX years, how long have YOU been here?
CW: *thinks for a moment* 12 almost 13 years.
Me:
She tried to act like my CW was new. CW wasn't being rude she just needed information. But take that! Even I've been here longer than the SC.
SC: Oh, well I'm in (enter department) and I'm the manager.
CW: Ah. That explains it.
SC: That's right so if you ever need to know who to talk to for (_____)
CW: No... That is something I will never need. *laughs*

And the best part she kind of insulted her and the SC laughed along with her. Don't assume we're new and don't be a jerk while we are cashing you out.
She wasn't that bright and really snooty. I would hate to be her employees.
