So I take a train to the local hub and then a regional bus route to work. I like the commute (it's short compared to what I used to have to do) and quieter.
Except today there's some female (can't call her a lady) telling the bus driver "I just need a ride to X, it's not that far, c'mon it's just to X." He responded by saying he was not allowed to give free rides (invoking a faceless authority is always a good choice) but I was SO tempted to tell her that all of us paid our fares and she was not only trying to ride for free, she was asking to make all of us who paid our way late so she could use the bus as her own personal taxi service.
Silent cheers when he ordered her off.
