So yesterday I was working in the library. I was sitting at a table just minding my own business when all of a sudden i hear some loud obnoxious cell phone ring. I assumed it was an accident and they would silence it but....

BS: black student
L: librarian
C: cop
M: me

BS: *very loudly on phone, not quite screaming* Yo! hey what up ...... continues talking about what they did last night, etc.
M: *about 30-45 seconds later i turn around and just loot at them, hoping they realize the problem, they don't* Excuse me, could you please be quite i am studying
BS: Shut the f**k up you racist pig! *now SCREAMING* We elected a f***ing n***er as president you a white racist, so shut the f**k up.
BS: *back to convo*

A few minutes later....

L: Excuse me. You will have to end the cal or leave. It is distracting the other students.
BS: Shut up, hoar.

L walks off BS still talking. I am now randomly surfing the web until it is quiet, a minute or two later in walks two cops.

C: Ma'am, you will have to leave or you will be removed.
BS: *hnags up phone* screaming "F**K the PIGS" over and over
C: *grab her off chair and cuff her al lwhile she is screaming at the top of her lungs as she is being reomved she is scremagn "Raaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaciiiiiiiiiiissssssmmmmmmmmmmmm mm and "rodney king"

So now i know that in addition to running out of a item being racist it is also racist to want it quiet in a library.

So now i know that in addition to running out of a item being racist it is also racist to want it quiet in a library.

Reminds me of an incident I had in my computer lab last summer. Couple of punk kids (black) accused me of being racist when I repeatedly asked/told them to turn the (c)rap down and sit in their own seats. Apparently my being a small, Caucasian female is the sole purpose and rational for wanting them to sit down, shut up, and behave like civilized human beings.

If the person enforcing the rule is a different race from the offender, they're racist. If they're the same race, they're selling out their race.
