EDIT: Edible, have you considered reading the back of any Choice magazines? They are chock full of those sorta things, it's funny
For the US people, Choice is basically a consumer information magazine, they test items, inform people of safety standards and such. They don't badmouth any place, only the manufacturers. They don't go into the typical "haggle prices" type stuff that other people do. I hate to say that I have seen way too many similar "sale" signs around here, lately. One grocery chain in Austin in particular has them quite often.Everything will be ok in the end. If it's not ok, it's not the end.
