I just had to step out to the local supermarket... well I say "step out" but I actually have to drive there. Anyway, as I'm pulling into a parking space, this stupid woman puts a trolley right in the middle of the space I was about to turn into! Then glares at me and literally runs away before I can do anything.

People do that all the time, especially at Wal-Mart around here.
So many decent parking spots are always taken up by shopping carts.
And sometimes, the carts are even on the little islands and medians.You really need to see a neurologist. - Wagegoth -
Since she obviously thinks it's a vehicle, why don't you treat her to a ride in it down a hill?
