My co-worker told me about this incident.
She was inside the Visitor parking booth. A university cop was parked outside the booth, & a university cop was walking around inside the faculty/staff garage. The faculty/staff garage is adjacent to Visitor parking.
She saw the driver pull up to the exit gate to Visitor parking. It was obvious she did not buy a $5.00 token. But instead of pressing the call button for help, she backed up, waited for a car to exit, & tailgated out. The university cop flashed his lights, she stopped, & he issued her a ticket.
