Blocking Traffic

I am extremely tired of people who find it acceptable to block traffic when making a left had turn. Several times a month, I get held up by some jerk who pulls out far enough to block the right side of the road and waits until the other lane is clear to turn. This usually happens during busy driving times.

I understand that waiting to turn left onto a busy road is frustrating and the wait sucks but the entitled jerks who think they can block everyone else piss me off.

I encounter this regularly at the intersection next to where I work. Everyone wants to head toward the interstate...everyone except me. I have almost t-boned people turning left because they assumed I was turning right with everyone else and started to pull in behind me...except I wasn't going right, I was going straight, and they were suddenly in my path.
