Double Suck at the Shopping Center

So while I was out and about today, I swung by the shopping center where I used to work at the wholesale club. I needed to gas up the car, and the club has a gas station, so.

I'm waiting to turn into the shopping center in a left-turn lane (no stop sign on my end), looking left at the exit lane (which does have a stop sign) where there were some cars waiting. There was NO traffic in the on-coming lane on my side.

Well, the guy waiting in the left-turn exit lane wasn't moving. The car ahead of me was waiting to see if Exit Lane Guy would move, and thus enters Dickhead.

Dickhead was in the SuckUV behind me. Dickhead didn't like that Guy in Front wasn't moving. So he honked on his horn. Guy in Front makes his turn, so now I'm waiting at the left turn.

I look at Exit Lane Guy, who still isn't moving. The oncoming lane is still EMPTY. So I wait to see if Exit Lane Guy will move.

I've waited about one second when Dickhead honks at ME now.

Exit Lane Guy still isn't moving, so I make the turn, and I'm not proud of admitting that I gave Dickhead the finger as I did.

Suck 1: Dickhead. Easily sucky for getting impatient.

Suck 2: Exit Lane Guy. For not having a spine and making the goddamn turn when people were clearly waiting for him to do so.

If Exit Lane Guy had a stop sign, and Left Turn Lane didn't, then in his position, I'd be doing the same thing. Left Turn Lane folks have right of way there, and stopped traffic should wait for them to complete.

Well, almost the same thing - if I saw that the Left Turn Lane folks were waiting, I would go.

Yes, but if Exit Lane Guy could see that Left Turn Lane folks (like me and Guy In Front) were waiting for HIM to make a move, he should go ahead and take it.
