    The Gods Must Be Crazy

    This morning, I witnessed someone get in their car, drive a few yards to their mailbox, get out and unlock their mailbox to fetch their mail, get back in their car, and drive back into their driveway.

    I posted this on FB and my mom said she can do one better. Her neighbor did the same thing...after returning from a long walk.
    Knowledge is knowing that a tomato is a fruit. Wisdom is not putting it in a fruit salad.

    Though not nearly as bad, I still *HATE* the folks that will pull across a road to their mailbox (and it's on the same side of the road as their driveway, in essance forcing a head one collision should someone not be paying attention) making themselves a hazard to all and sundry. And they do this just so they don't have the inconvenience of having to get out of their metal machines of death (I find that SUV/Truck owners are the ones I come across the most doing this) as they might JUST have to be outside long enough to breath in the non-sterile air. That brand of lazy deserves a double heaping of insta-karma, tell you what.

        The one I remember is watching someone leave a store, walk about 1/2 way up the lot to their car, move over 2 rows (and not any closer - still about 1/2 way down the lot) and walk back down to the store next door.

          You saw my husband's ex-wife?? She also puts the garbage pail in the back of her SUV rather than wheel it the 200 feet to the curb.

              Every time I hear/read the phrase "The gods must be crazy", this instantly comes to mind...
