My church is about a city block away from another church on the same street. I pass by it every Sunday on my way home from Mass. The other church is a large, non-denominational Protestant church, and their service lets out about the same time mine does. So the other church pays the city to provide a police officer to do traffic control so their congregants can get out of their parking lot.
As I'm passing by today, I see a bad fender bender at the entrance/exit of the other church. Two cars have crunched badly together.
Somebody, I don't know who, wasn't paying attention to the cop's traffic signals.
