I was stopped at a red light on a city street. This part of the street had a left turn lane, 2 straight lanes, and a right turn lane. I was in the left straight lane. I looked in my rear view mirror and noticed a gray SUV behind me. This SUV backs up for 3 car lengths. This SUV wasn't backing up slowly; it was going fast enough to do the reverse waggle. Then it drives behind a car in the right lane and pulls into the right turn lane.
Why couldn't he have just turned left on the same road and turn around?
