I went to Mart of Wal today to pick up my meds, and there's this asshole parked in the lines next to the handicapped parking spaces. You know? The area needed to get in and out of your car if you have a wheelchair?

Yeah there.

I so wanted to get them towed.

The parking lot at my work only has one cart return, and it is in the approximate middle of the lot. The front of the lot has disabled parking, with the white lines for loading/unloading. Guess where people abandon their carts? Yeah, in the white lines. Everyone seems to do it, I've seen people who are parked in the disabled spot leave their carts there, too. It drives me crazy. Looks, I get it, most people are used to a cart return being in that general area. But we don't, and it's not cool to block that area just because of that minuscule inconvenience.
