Around here it's become increasingly common for idiots to drive around with their high beams or fog lights on at night, whether there's fog or not. So of course when one is behind you, you get blinded by their bright lights reflecting off your mirrors. It's become so bad that they've specifically made it illegal to use lights over a certain brightness except under certain conditions (previously blinding people was just covered by reckless driving).
I recently discovered that my car has a rear-mounted fog light. Of course since I discovered that, I haven't had a fog lighter behind me.
