I'm driving along at the speed limit. Single lane each way. Idiot speeds up behind me and starts tailgating. When it becomes apparent that I won't be intimidated into doing 90 in a 50 zone, he goes to drive on the wrong side of the road to overtake. But before he can get even half way there, there's a string of traffic coming the other way. So he's stuck doing the maximum legal speed on that piece of road.
Then, when there was a gap in the traffic coming the other way so he could safely overtake (if you can do anything safely on the wrong side of the road at nearly double the speed limit), I turn a corner and remove the "need" to overtake.
