  • How to lose a foot.

I was driving on Main St. on my way to work. I live in a college town, and the students are back. As I was going through a green light, at about 11:30PM, I noted a group of about 6-8 in the middle of the crosswalk.

Then one of the female members actually kicks at my vehicle as I drive past. I mean it looked like it came within about a foot of my car (no pun intended).

I mean how stupid do you have to be to think a 125 lb person is going to take out a half ton of moving vehicle.

You missed a great opportunity to clean out the gene pool. Damn.

I missed that chance too last night when an idiot college kid drinking out of what looked to me like was a beer bottle last night crossed right in front of me. I came literally within inches of hitting him.

And what's sad is that this is supposed to be a fancy expensive private college that the "really smart" kids are supposed to attend.

Try driving through Ann Arbor when the students return....You'd swear they never passed kindergarten. Every so often I will play They Might Be Giants, "In the Middle"...

For a minute, I thought you were talking about Pitt and CMU. Both schools seem to have a high percentage of idiots...who have no idea how to cross the damn street. Many times, I've seen kids nearly get hit by cars, simply because they can't be bothered to look both ways. Even on one-way streets, they do this. Why do I mention that? Well, on Fifth Avenue in Oakland (which is one-way), the bus lane is on the left, and runs in the *opposite* direction. Quite a few people forget about that!

Just because Mommy and Daddy have money to afford a ritzy school (and got the ritziest education growing up) doesn't mean the kids will be smart.

A lot of "rich kids" are pretty helpless on their own because they've never had to work for anything or fend for themselves before.

Back on topic, last weekend when my friends and I were leaving the bar, some drunken fool was banging on the back window of the taxi cab that we were taking while the cab was at a stop sign.

You know, this thread is starting to remind me of the logo that those "Smoking Gun" show on Tru TV use that shows a really tiny brain that you need a magnifying glass to see.
