When driving through in the midstst of the city, if you just happen to pass some store you wanted to go, but find that all parking spaces on the side lane are occupied, what do you do?
If you answered 'Come to a dead stop in my driving lane (regardless of how many cars are behind me), flick on the hazard lights, and make a dash to the store, you are quite akin to that idjit I ran across yesterday.
Bonus points for doing this during heavy traffic.
Double Bonus points if the road you pull off this stunt has only one driving lane per direction.
Jackpot if this 'one lane per direction' is significantly narrower than usual, due to construction works.
