Anyway, I had a cop following me for several miles but he turned onto another road. I continued down the road, 2 lanes posted 45 MPH in a semi-rural residential area. About a mile from where the cop turned is a side street on the right. I see a mini-van, I am going the speed limit and about hundred-fifty feet before the side-street this moron pulls out.
I slam on my brakes and lay on the horn, but they are not interested and slowly pull out. Amidst a some tire screeching I come to a stop a few feet from where this moron was seconds earlier.
The drover of the mini-van, is on their phone (non-hand free which is illegal) and they slow down where I had stopped and yell "why don't you learn how to drive...you idiot." They flip me the bird and drive off.
