speed freak

so i was driving to work this morning. it was just before 630am.

some jerkwad comes up right behind me and is following closely. whatever..i keep going. it stays like this for a few miles..

finally the road straightens out. the speed limit is 30. i was doing at least 40 all of a sudden, the guy behind me speeds up and passes me. in a no passing zone. he mustve been doing at least 60. of course...no cops around.

i laughed though when i got to the next light because mr speedy pants was stuck at the same red light as me hahaha

I see this happen soooo often. It's times like that I wish I had a megaphone so I could yell, "Wow, that got you far, didn't it??" They do an unsafe pass and saved, what, a whole six seconds?

Well, since they had to sit longer at the light, wouldn't they have *lost* seconds?

I like to wave. Particularly if we end up caught by several lights in a row.

I saw that today. this guy couldn't get past me fast enough on the freeway and then as I get off the freeway, I look to the right and there's my buddy.

I saw that recently, but when he was in such a hurry to get on the freeway, he was stuck because the meter light was on. I have to admit I laughed out loud when I saw the line of cars this person was stuck at, as the onramp was so narrow, it only had one lane.
