So my college is about 20 miles away from home, and most of it highway miles. But the rest of it is back-road-I'm-surprised-these-roads-are-even-paved roads. So when a huuge storm started to blow through, I headed home early.
The trip home on the highway was quite interesting. Visibility was pretty much nothing, but that didn't stop people with white cars, in a white-out, deciding they didn't need to turn their lights on. The snow was drifting, there was a bit of ice, and then, I'm not kidding, just as I was about to get off the highway, I saw this:
An 18-wheeler, going down the highway in the opposite direction, with a guy clinging to the outside, and the engine hood popped.
I have no explanation. I have no words.
