Cripes what a week...so, we have had a big softball tournament this week, which meant hundreds of teenage girls staying at our property! Fffffffffffffffffffffff.............
You girls didn't think this one through, did you?
Let me tell you what the easiest decision I can make is. See, I know you. I know your team, because of the handy jerseys you wore. I know YOU personally, since I had to let you in your room when you forgot your keys. I also know your neighbors, since I have to keep apologizing to them because you're loud as shit. See, these girls were not only loud, but they thought it was funny that they were causing noise complaints. After getting a complaint, they started pounding on the walls to wake up their neighbors.
They seem to forget that their room is registered under the name of the one girl in there who is the team coach's frigging daughter. Which leads to the easiest decision I can make: calling Daddy Dearest at 2am to report your behavior, and sitting back with the clear knowledge that someone's getting a beating.
Amazing how there were no problems after that...
Oh good, a sighting...
...and this time, it's a sighting where the employee sucked! I mentioned in another thread how much I hate cab companies...and this morning only reinforced that. A long-term guest that we've had with us for about a month is leaving today, and I scheduled him a cab for 8:30. I left work at 8, but just got a call asking who I'd called...sure enough, they never actually scheduled the freaking cab! Said they had no record we even called.

We got the guy a new cab in record time, but I guess calling several hours in advance, then calling AGAIN later to confirm the cab just wasn't enough. I hate hate hate hate HATE the cab companies here...
YOU STOLE MY SHIT!
Short one...I'm too tired to elaborate fully. Short version is the SC accused a housekeeper of stealing a digital camera from their room, despite the fact that there were 5 kids in the room with her (all part of a softball team, naturally). She's POSITIVE that our housekeeper stole it, despite having another housekeeper helping with the room AND two managers in and out of the room while it was being cleaned. She KNOWS the evil housekeeper stole it.
Of course, not 2 minutes after screaming this accusation loudly in the lobby, she's back at the front desk saying they found the camera. One of the teens had it, of course. But did she apologize?
You DO know what site you're reading this on, right?
I'm going to bed.
