I encounter these morons every waking hour of every day, and I tell them to wait at the end of the line. If they bitch, I tell them to wait at the end of the line. If they bitch a third time, I get on the horn with my manager and bring him downstairs. If my being courteous is constantly rebuffed, I won't be so courteous, and you'll be dealing with my manager, who is less courteous than myself.
