Sucky encounter today at a Volkswagen dealer...
ME: Lovely lady tow truck driver (what I heard from the service guy)
SUL: Sucky Unemployed Lady
I dropped a Jetta off at the dealership today and after I ran the keys in, I was walking back out to the truck and this middle-aged lady, bleached blonde hair, nicely dressed, pulled up to me and the following ensued:
SUL: Excuse me, ma'am?
ME: Yes?
SUL: *says something in audible as I was standing right next to my 13 ton diesel flatbed truck - I needed to get closer toher*
ME: I'm sorry?
SUL" COULD YOU TELL ME WHERE BUILDING 908 IS?
ME: Hmm? What are you looking for? (thinking that if I heard the name of the building, I could better direct her)
SUL: A JOB!
ME: Well, I'm not sure, but I think....
SUL: THANKS!!!
and she sped off nearly running over my toes.
ME: THANKS!!! GOOD LUCK WITH THAT JOB HUNT, I'M SURE THEY'LL HIRE YOU!!!!
(said loudly with a smile on my face!)
