  • You don't slap my mothers ass

I want to tell you all a story about my mother. She is a naturally calm women, but she has her sparkling moments. One of them was in the 80's at her old job. She was a waitress in a ferry, and one day she and a co-worker had to serve the entire ferry themselves. That's about 150-ish seats, for two people. A lot of running with plates. Now my mother was semi-running with her arms filled with dirty plates, when a swedish customer decided to slap her ass. Instead of ignoring it, she turns around and just rip this man to shreds. Everybody stops what they're doing and turns to see the waitress yell at the man, whose now trying to disappear into his seat. After feeling he's had enough, my mom turns, walks to kitchen, breaths for 2 minutes and walk back out and does the rest of her shift like nothing happened. And as she told me; "After that, every customer was sweet as sugar"

And I bet Swede never does it again, and I bet many of those observing who had thought about doing it refrained in the future. Which is why, when sucktomers step out of line, service folk should be allowed to defend themselves. Go mom!

Amen to that! And Linskille's mom rocks!
I don't have an attitude problem. You have a perception problem.

Way to put that custy in his place. I'll bet you didn't dare give your mom any trouble.
I'm trying to see things from your point of view, but I can't get my head that far up my keister!
