It's time for Good Traveler, vs. Bad Traveler.
Good Traveler: Gets to the right hotel on time, on the right date.
Bad Traveler: Gets to the right hotel late, on the wrong date. And expects a ready room.
Which what happened yesterday. Numbnuts comes in the day after he's supposed to arrive, he KNOWS that he was supposed to arrive the day before, yet goes beserk when he had no room. The computer system frowns on these Bad Travelers, and makes it hard for the clerk to pull up his reservation from a no show, and re instate it. Meanwhile NN is threateneing, cursing and swearing the whole 9 yds.
Note: NN claims that he told his Bad Travel Agent to set it up as Auto Check in, which Bad Travel Agent did not do. Bad Travel Agent put a cryptic note on the reservaton: "PREREGISTER WERUWEORU". Um? Auto Check in is when the traveler agrees to be charged even if he or she doesn't show up. So in conclusion...Bad Traveler + Bad Travel Agent = BIG Headache for Front Desk Clerk....
