Yesterday, I had a couple customers (M for Mother, D for Daughter) that were buying items in a single transaction. M was loudly questioning the prices on a few items especially one particular which was a BOGO item more than once and D was trying to get M to stop asking about that item since she got her answer. M also loudly said that the sodas were supposed to be X.XX which she needed a coupon for and she needed to get 2 which she had and I ended up getting the coupon. M kept asking for the total and didn't seem to like/accept the answer I gave since she believed it was too much.
It got to the point where I said that I was going to void the order and start over. I called over the FEM and she ended up helping me with the customers.
