I work with Health insurance claim & benefit questions.
This last inquiry has me so frustrated that I really feel like screaming....
Must resist temptation to call this person on my [unmonitored] cell phone and asking if she was hired because she's pretty or what....
And the request is worded so belligerently... I need to vent before I reply...
If a code specifically says it is to report routine office visit of an adolescent age 12 through 17 years then what is so difficult about not using that code for a 6 year old????
