just a quicky from just before the weekend...technically this one comes from my husband who works here with me.
so anyway, for what should be obvious reasons people cannot park wherever the heck they feel like, and must park either in their own site, or up in visitor's parking, and especially NOT in other unoccupied spaces. it may appear unoccupied now, but it may have a reservation for this evening, or we may need to put a random walk-in on it, and if you've parked there "just for a few minutes" and disappeared to another site, the pool, or even gone out with friends, we have no way of finding you and telling you to move.
we sometimes make an exception if it's quiet, but this happened when we were gearing up for the weekend... maybe not as busy as the 4th was, but it's still prime time summer.. yeah it's gonna be busy. random SC parks on an adjacent site to their own, and my husband notices (mostly because that site was due to be cleaned from being occupied the day before and he needed to get in and clean it) and politely asks them to move. the response? "Wow. i heard you guys were real sticklers for the rules now. I think i won't be coming here anymore because of that."
