Where are my curly frys

My least favorite SC!!!
This lady comes in every week or so with her daughter and always does this to me. She speaks english but not alot so i always try to get a translator and her daughter helps and i try to ask her questions. But i know she is scaming me. I know because when ever she orders a combo, i ask if she wants regular frys or curly, get her daughter to translate and if possible get some one else to ask. SHE ALWAYS SAYS NO, i want regular frys. So i ring up and charge her for regular frys. So i fill her order and give her regular frys. Then 5 minutes later she comes up and yells at me. EVERY TIME. she claims she ordered curly fries and she demands them. I tell her i double and tripled checked with her and she said no the whole time. She calls me a liar and talk to my manager and gets her fries. I tell my boss this but they still keep getting her the fries. I know her daughter knows what shes doiung because when ever she sees me gets embarrassed and trys to get her mom to leave. Its just so obviouse she is trying to steal from us. It really bugs me.

I have done that a couple of times. I would order, and I hardly ever remember to get the curly fries. But I never go ballistic about it. I just figure, that next I will remember to order them.

Next time charge her for the curly fries while taking her order. If she complains about being charged, then you misunderstood and you take the charge off and give her regular fries.

Is there any way to just give her curly fries at the time of ordering?

XD Thats just it Becky, at the time of ordering, she just wants normal fries since curlys are typically cheaper, but then she claims she order curly afterwards.

Tell her to bring the recipt, and tell her she was charged normal fries, and you need to get the extra .50 cents to get curlies.

Heck if you know this "regular", just get her the curly fries. If she complains, say that you recognize her and that she comes quite frequently and always orders regular fries, then complains and asks for curly fries. So you are assuming from now on that what she really wants is curly fries.....and you will charge her accordingly.

How about the next time she walks in make the manager handle her order? That way he will know she is scamming you.

I'd just automatically give her curly fries everytime she came in. If she complains that you increased the price, just tell her you added the curly fries on this time because you're tired of her screaming at you...and you wanted to get it right this time.

Jack in the Box, none of the arbys in my area carry regular frys anymore
Im not alloud to charge for curly fries with out asking first because we have had alot of complains about that in the pass. And something i forgot to add. I tend to grab this display board that has our prices for Value Meals and how much Curly Fries cost to add, and point to the picture when i ask if she wants curly fries.

Couldn't be Arby's anyway. Every Arby's I've ever gone to has curly and regular fries at the same price. If they even have the regular fries.
