Pay Attention To The Perky Voice On The Other End! I'm trying to be as quick as possible so that you can carry on with your life, please don't make go through the whole installation spiel, only for you to say "Ok...can you say that again please?"
You get NO LOVE if you do it twice!
Listen to the bloody IVR. I personally recorded that IVR. It couldn't be more simple if we tried. The only way it could be easier was if we were to make the selection FOR you. Quit pressing 2 for data when you have an issue on how to set a picture as a background on your phone!
