This story starts on Monday.
Male Customer at a hotel places an order. Changes mind several times. Finally settles on a large pizza some sides and a box deal and pays with a CC. Order is made. 5 minutes later customer calls in to cancel part of the order (the box deal). CC is adjusted and the customer is advised that the "refund" will take 3 - 5 (maybe 7) days to appear on their card (this is the weird banking system we have in the US --- it comes out immediately but a refund will take days).
Order is delivered though the "couple" is acting strangely. This is important later
On Tuesday and Wed. the female of the pair calls up screaming that her "adjustment" has NOT COME THROUGHT yet. Nothing we can do about it as it is in the banking system.
STRIKE 1
GM alerts the area manager about the situation.
Tonight the "customer" calls up wondering where his "refund" is AND is now claiming they NEVER RECEIVED THE ORDER from Monday. GM confirms the order was made AND delivered and who it was delivered by and cashed out on Monday. The GM and the guy go back and forth for a while AND keeping with the fucked up policies of my pizza company they get a free pizza for some reason.
The customer then says the following to the GM
"WELL I am BLACK (which he was) and you are white (yes the GM is white) AND it is Black History Month I THINK YOU OWE ME a BIG discount and several orders with HEAVY discounts or FREE."


WHAAAAAAAAAA HUHHHHHH??????????

This goes WAY beyond a BSOD when I heard this story
I get to delivery the order and the guy could NOT EVEN get his address correct. I notice the address is NOT a valid address for the street. I call and get the correct address.

There is a possible fun ending to this story but I would not rather post it at this time as time will tell what happens and I will wait until something concrete happens
