Cue caller who cannot view her credit report. I try to walk her thru the process.
Quoth me "Okay ma'am, please open your web browser and type (website address) in the taskbar at the top."
Quoth CX: "my browser is open, but there is noplace to type like my grandson showed me!"
Me: "Which browser are you using, Ma'am?"
CX: "Windows 95!" Me=headdesk
Got her browser open by telling her to open her email and I would send her a password reset link to get to the website with.
Cue 15 more minutes of explaining how to log in with temp password and reset a new one, to be met with "Cancel my membership, your product doesn't work as advertised. "
