I swear to one of these days I'm going to snap at someone. This lovely woman calls in about her roaming and starts talking about she had gotten this roaming feature for her account and did not know about the limit on the account for how many min she can use. I look into her history and sure enought she has had this in the past. I advised her of this and she goes, well I didn't use all of the minutes last time so how was I to know. 
WTF????
Now she wants us to credit back over 300 dollars in roaming on her account because she didn't know. Yeah the heck right. So I talk to my sup how goes we can only credit back so much which would be 31.00. She gets pissy at me saying we are trying to rip her off and I go well I can issue the credit and she hangs up without asking for the credit. And the sup goes, it's valid.
