Ok since my new job the only SCs i will really be getting are "I listened to your spile now i want something that obviousely isnt you", "Wait this product with an insanely long money back guarentee is how much?", "This is a scam!", "But i heard free not RISK free!" and "I should get my freebie without buying something" im not going to have much to talk about for awhile because well you heard most of it before... but i had to share this one.
So like i said before i work in call center that takes the calls for infomercials (if you have ever ordered bareMinerals, you call me.. and a few other things as well) and i like it i get to mess around when im not on a call. most of the people who call in are pretty nice. But not this lady...
Me- Duh
SC- She who yells loudly
Me- thank you for calling (make-up) this Heather Mcleod (so you know what name i picked) operator #xx who am i speaking with?
SC- Iyell loudly
Me- it that L-O-U-D-L-Y
SC- yes look i just want to cancle my previous order
Me- Well ma'am you would have to call customer service, do you need the number?
SC- I have the number but they arent answering!!!
Me- Well ma'am im sorry about that but unfortunatly i am unable to cancel and order. You have to talk to customer service
SC- BUT IVE BEEN ON HOLD FOR 15 MINUTES!
Me- well ma'am im sure they are busy with other customers and-
SC- THEY ARE NOT BUSY THEY ANSWER THE PHONE BUT IT DOWN AND GO ABOUT TALKING AND LAUGHING!!
Me- (what??? does she have the right number?) Ma'am like i said i can not cancel your previous order. If you need it again im more than willing to supply -
SC- look ive been talking to people and they have all told me not purchase this make-up and i want to cancel my order. But customer service isnt answering and being rude to me. You treat your customers like crap! IVE BEEN ON HOLD FOR MORE THAN 15 MINUTES!!! I DON'T HAVE ALL DAY TO SPEND WAITING FOR THEM TO TALK TO ME!!
Me- Ma'am I'm sorry if you are having trouble connecting with customer service, and that you desided our product is not for you. But you have to contact customer service to cancel
SC- Fine you know what? Im going to try them again, and give them 5 minutes after that im going to give up and when my delivery arives im not going to accept it. You can do what ever you want but im not going to accept nothing!!
Me- Ma'am-
SC- you are useless!!! Good bye!!!
Ok first off- I don't believe you have the right number and you should have let me double check your number.
Second- For this product you don't have to sign for the delivery. You mail man just leaves it at your door step... you are going to be charged no matter if you don't cancel. And if you don't cancel before shipment you are in for an up hill battle for your money.
So whats worse? Maybe an hour or so calling customer service if you truely are having trouble getting through? Or days, weeks or even monthes trying to get you money back for make you will recieve and didn't deem necessary to cancel?
This is just the begining of customer service worries...
