Customer is very upset that tech didn’t show up to install service. It appears the work order has been rescheduled due to no one being home when the technician arrived. Customer states we’re a “bunch of liars” and that “if a customer has an ambulance in his yard, you should assume that he’s home.” Apparently, the customer was taken to the hospital but feels the tech should have stayed & installed services while he was being put in the ambulance.
