1st call right off to bat customer was asked to give info on his system, and it wasn't pulling up in our system. Asked customer what model of system he was calling in on. Toshiba....that's not our puppy so WTF while waiting to reach a tech is gives you the company I work for name about 90,000 times, how do you miss that!
