This woman marched up to my till dragging her daughter by the hand and immediately started screaming, "Where are your Christmas trees? You always have them in by now! I want one!" When I could get a word in edgeways, I told her to ask at Customer Services; she replied, "I'm not walking all the way up there!" Yeah, just a couple of yards is too much. -.- She then walked off, dragging her poor mortified kid along with her. I felt sorry for the girl, to be honest, if her mum regularly embarrasses her like that.
