If I would have talked to my father like that...

1. I wouldn't need the room at the hotel because I would be in the hospital.

2. I wouldn't make it to my sisters the next day because they would still be trying to remove my father's impacted shoe from my nether region.

If I ever talked to my Mom like that . . .

The next thing ya'll be seeing about me online will be my OBITUARY.

Yes, she does get on my nerves at times . . . . we're under the same roof day in and day out . . . but she's still MOM and that's it (according to her.)
