Photo lab is busy. As soon as the orders are cleared another 5 pop up. I didn't do anything for the first half of my shift except photo only jumping on the register to clear out a line. After my 30 min. break there's an order for 160 cards on our temperamental printer that needs baby sitting. I put the order off because I had two orders where the people were standing there already waiting for them to be done. Honestly I forgot out it because it got busy and I was on the register. While my coworker is off doing the nightly chores, the phone rings. It's the couple with the card order demanding to know if we got and if it was done. Yes and no. Them they both start yelling at me how that's unacceptable that the order won't be ready today. They're also going to call corporate and complain about our store. Ok. And it really was a couple on the phone. I could hear the old hag of a wife in the background. She said that she's going to be "in town" in the morning and they better be done. Yeah, not happening.

Everyone is wanting photos made for Christmas cards. More customers = less time to get work done. Things always get bogged down in December, and folks should realize that.I don't have an attitude problem. You have a perception problem.
