So we had this family check into one of our kitchenette suites for the weekend. The first morning the mom comes in and apologizes to us. Apparently they managed to break the support bar to the brand new replacement couch we bought just last months. She actually told us that we could charge the damage to her credit card "she didn't mind" (Mind or not we were going to charge you but thanks for the permission )

Here's the kicker the next day they checked out and I went in to clean the room and found the wheel to the bed broken clean off. As in the frame was ripped from the bolt that was securing it. How much do you wanna bet Mummy and Daddy allow their kids to jump on the bed?
