I think i speak for all hotel workers when I say AAA must die.
I just had another person who AAA misquoted (they told him he could get a 4 star hotel in miami on new years eve for $129
)
granted the guest was a bit of a douche in that he insisted that AAA's rate quotes are guaranteed, and yes i was less than professional in telling him only if AAA is willing to pay the difference for him
ugh, thank God there is only 20 minutes left on my shift, I can't take this anymore.
